Good morning gorgeous Goldfinches, I hope you had a good day yesterday with focused time for work and time to rest and relax too.
I look forward to chatting with you on the discussion page today where you can share your work and I will be able to answer any questions you have. I thought we could share our ideas for things to keep us busy during lockdown.

Maths
Subtracting 3-digit numbers with exchanges- click on the link below for Mrs Evans’ lesson. I have recorded it a bit differently today. Some of the pages will change automatically. If they don’t, instead of clicking on the speakers on each slide, hover your mouse over the bottom of the slide to look for the play button like the image below.

Times Tables
Have another go at the grid challenge today. Either choose level 2 again and try to beat your time from last week, or see how you do with the level 3 challenge. https://www.transum.org/Tables/Square.asp
Writing
Non-chronological report- click on the link for Mrs Evans’ English lesson. I have recorded it a bit differently today. There are no speaker ICONS, just hover your mouse over the bottom of the slide to see the play button like the image below and pause the video whenever you need to.

I am really looking forward to seeing you all ‘virtually’ on our first Zoom meeting at 9am tomorrow. My Amelie, Lola and Toby have been having meetings like this with their teachers and they are enjoying them.
Well done for being such hard workers. Remember today to show your lovely manners, be helpful and respectful to your family at home and keep smiling.
Love from Mrs Evans and Miss Randles xx
