Hello Starlings
How are you this morning? It is lovely to see the sun shining once again this morning, isn’t it? What exciting adventures have you got planned for today?
I hope you are all continuing to keep active while spending more time at home. I am finding that a little bit of fresh air and some exercise improves my mood in a matter of minutes. Are you still remembering to do your Joe Wick’s PE lesson on YouTube? If you would like to try something new this week, have a look at the following active activities to brighten up your day:

I know how much Starlings enjoy being scientists so have attached some 10 activities that you can use at home to help children develop their science, technology, engineering and maths skills. These activities are easy to resource and provide children with the stimulus to talk about the world around them. If you see a link, you can explore how to extend these activities, you will need to sign up, for free, to access these materials. Don’t forget to share your work on social media #ScienceFromHome @LostockGralamPr
Enjoy!
Please keep following our weekly timetable and remember to keep up with your daily speed sound and Power Maths/ White Rose maths lessons where possible. I am so proud of you!
Sending lots of love and hugs. Keep smiling!
Miss Gillam
P.S Have you played any board games yet? Let’s Tweet the games we play to help inspire others.
P.P.S WHERE DID THE SUN GO?
A Message from Mrs Powell
“Treat others the way you want to be treated.”
Dear children,
Are you getting a bit grumpy? It is all very strange, before you say anything when you are cross, say to yourself would I want someone to speak to me like that? Remember we all get grumpy and that is OK!
