Friday 8th January
Good morning Starlings and welcome back to another day of home learning. We have nearly made it to the end of our first week of home learning. Thank you SO much to you all for trying so hard and for letting us know how you are getting on. We are so proud of you and miss you so much! Parents, we are even more proud of you and we know from experience how difficult it is to juggle everything at the moment. Thank you so much for your patience and your dedication. It means so much to us all.
As you fed back yesterday that the youtube video version of the lessons was much more user friendly than the mp4 version we have uploaded the original powerpoint and the youtube link for you only today.
As with the rest of the week, we would like you to focus your home learning on maths, phonics and writing today. There is a spelling task at the end of the writing lesson.
There’s another story for you to listen to today so please share this with us as reading stories together is such a valued part of our day!
I will be online between normal school hours again today to chat with you and see your wonderful learning on the class discussion page so please share your work. Any problems please either let me know on the discussion page or email admin@lostockgralam.cheshire.sch.uk and we will do our very best to resolve these straight away.

The video version of instructions can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRNrR2TuHO0&feature=youtu.be
