Good morning my lovely Toucans! I hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the Easter break. In the Whittingham house we did lots of baking, colouring and crafts to prepare for Easter. Aoife loved decorating our front window and we did an Easter Egg hunt in the garden.

 It was lovely to speak to your parents last week and to hear how well you are all doing. We have been impressed by how many of you, like us, are doing Joe Wicks every morning. Also to hear how independent you have been by just getting on with your home learning and getting the right balance between work and play. I would like to reiterate this message to you again this week. It’s important to read the blog daily and have a go at the activities but remember just do as much as you can. Keep reading lots! Try and complete a Maths, English and one other activity daily.

I will attach an updated timetable for this week with some new ideas and websites for you to have a look at. Remember just do as much as you can.

Log onto this website https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/ click on Summer Term Week 1 w/c 20^th April and then complete Lesson 1 on Vertically opposite angles. Look at the video and then do the activity in your books. The answers are also there for you to check.
