Good morning Toucans.
I was delighted to hear about your home learning on our 'Class Discussion' yesterday. You are all amazing and so enthusiastic! I know a lot of you found translations hard, but don’t worry I’ll put together another lesson next week on translations and you will soon be experts on the subject! I hope you enjoyed listening to ‘’War Game’ yesterday. You will hear another instalment today. I will record around 5mins each day until we get to the end of this beautiful book.
Maths
SHAPE – Metric Units See the Power point attached. Our home learning maths lessons will be guided by a recording of Mrs Whittingham’s voice, which will explain what to do (Just click on the little speaker icon on the power point page). I have also included the answers on the last slide so no peaking until you have had a go at answering the questions yourself!

Reading
I hope you enjoyed reading First News yesterday. I loved the article Cook with Omari. I think I’ll try and make a crumble this week. I’ll attach the newspaper again for you to read today.
