Good morning Robins
How are you all? It's Fridaaaaay! The weekend is at our finger tips! Hopefully you are all well and able to see and hear my Power Points. I have put the Power Points as You Tube videos as well on here if you are having difficulty hearing my voice. Please email school if you are having a problem.
I am online on the class discussion page all day to answer any questions you may have. You can just pop on there and say hi or tell me what you have been doing. It is a lovely way of staying in touch.

Today we are going to add a single digit number to a three digit number where we have to cross the tens boundary. The Power Point is also attached as normal.

Today we are going to research facts about your favourite African animal and write a non chronological report about it.
Reading
Have you found a good book at home to read whilst we are away from school? You could read a chapter a day. Please remember, reading magazines and non fiction books are fabulous activities too. Thomas and I are reading Bad Dad by David Walliams and it is wonderful. His website is great too, he reads his stories on here. Take a look!

Spellings
Have a go at reading, saying in a sentence and spelling words with the suffix ‘ture’
Today’s word: adventure (adventuring, adventures, adventured)
mixture (mixtures, mixing, mixed, mixers)
capture (capturing, captured)
I will add a new word each day and we can have a little quiz next Friday.
Story Time
